We use DSV Couriers.

International Delivery

No, we do not ship internationally, only in the South Africa.

What is the cost of shipping?

Delivery charges are free, whatever the number of items ordered and their value. Delivery costs are included in your order.

What are the delivery times ?

All orders paid for via EFT will only be processed once payment is received (standard delivery time). 

Has my order been dispatched yet ?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the order number included. If you have not received this, please contact us using our online customer contact form and we will look into the issue for you.

You can verify the status of your order by visiting  “your account” and “my orders”.
