How do I exchange or return a product ?

If you bought your(s) item(s) on www.wonderbra.co.za  :

In case of defective or non conforming product(s), please contact the customer service by phone 031 460 8611 open 8.00am – 16.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 12.30pm Friday or by email to ecomsa@hanes.com

Can I exchange an item ?

If you wish to return your order (underwear excluding bottoms), it is imperative to follow the return procedure below. Otherwise your return can not be treated correctly and on time.

Step 1 : Go on your account on www.wonderbra.co.za

Step 2 : Once you are logged in, go in your orders

Step 3 : Enter in the order concerned by the return.

Step 4 : Select the items you want returned, select the reason for each item.

Step 5 : Print the return form you received with your order and incorporate it into your parcel

Step 6 : Print the free returns address label available at your account  area and stick it onto your parcel

Step 7 : Once the return has been submitted by clicking “My Accounts/Returns”  you will be contacted by our carrier DSV for collection of the parcel.

In case you experience difficulties with the above procedure, please send an email to our Online Customer Services team (ecomsa@hanes.com) explaining what is the issue and adding all relevant information (email address of the buyer; first name / Family name of the buyer; Order number)

Is it possible to return a product that was not ordered on the web site www.wonderbra.co.za?

No, it is not possible. You can only return a product that was order on the online shop www.wonderbra.co.za

How will I be credited once the returned product ?

If you meet all the above conditions, WONDERBRA will proceed to credit to the means of payment used when purchasing online.

How long do I be reimbursed ?

If you meet all the above conditions, WONDERBRA will reimburse you of total amount of returned products and the initial delivery expenses within 14 calendar days maximum from the receipt of returned products.

How do I know if you received my return ?

We will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and are processing your refund.
